Shipping & Returns

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, most of the European Union (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden), Norway, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and the United Arab Emirates. If your country is not listed at checkout, we can't ship there yet.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free and fully insured on every order to the countries above. The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 5 to 7 business days of purchase. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If we can't dispatch your order within that time, we'll tell you by email with a new estimated date, and you can choose to cancel for a full refund.

Once shipped, delivery usually takes up to 30 days depending on your country and local customs processing. These are estimates, not guarantees. If your order has not arrived within 45 days of dispatch, contact us and we will trace it and, if it is lost, send a replacement or a full refund.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

Every order is shipped tracked and insured. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email us at byzroyal@outlook.com with your order number (and photos, for damage) within 14 days of the delivery date shown in tracking. We will replace the item or refund you in full, at no cost to you.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees set by your country. Unless checkout shows them as included, these charges are not part of our price and are paid by the recipient to the carrier or customs authority. We recommend checking your country's rules before ordering.

Lighters Ship Empty

For safety and to comply with international air-freight rules, all lighters are shipped empty, without fuel, butane, gas or flint. Fuel and flints are widely available locally.

30-Day Returns

You may return any unused item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery, including limited-edition and numbered pieces. You don't need to give a reason.

The only exception is engraved, personalized or custom-made items, which are made to your specification and cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

How to Return an Item

• Email byzroyal@outlook.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We reply within 2 business days with the return address and instructions.
• Send the item back within 14 days of telling us. Please pack it carefully and use a tracked service.
• Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless the item was faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, in which case we cover them.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the returned item, we refund the full purchase price (and, where the whole order is returned, the original standard shipping cost, if any) to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund.

We may reduce the refund if the item has been used or handled beyond what is needed to inspect it, as the law allows.

Faulty Items & Your Legal Rights

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we'll repair, replace or refund it. This return policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights as a consumer.

Customers in the EU, EEA and UK: you also have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason (the "right of withdrawal"). Our 30-day policy already covers this. You can use the model withdrawal form provided by your country's law or simply email us a clear statement that you are cancelling.
